Perfect example of why everyone should wear gloves when riding because if you crash you could end up like this. WARNING! Awesome special effects! Note: I have NOT made this video myself; it has been taken from bikerpunks.com.
Following up on a vid I posted yesterday about motorcycle safety. Talking about target fixation. I had a close call this morning where NOT fixating on a target saved me. Clip is at 6:10.
Part 3 of 4: In this third installment of the Your First Motorcycle series, I focus on actually getting your motorcycle. This is basically how I went about buying my 2010 Ninja 250r and I hope this helps some of you new riders bridge the gap and make the leap into the motorcycling world. I talk about taking the motorcycle safety course and actually picking out your bike! Dont forget to subscribe!
Scene 1: Vehicle changed lane without signal, I closed throttle and braked. Scene 2: Taxi changed lane; I could see it’s wheel inching inside and made a decision to keep to right of lane so when it came in, I’ll have a lil more time to react. I closed throttle and braked to let it past. Scene 3: Safety first, I don’t know if the bus will just change lane irregardless, so i closed throttle and braked. When I’m sure it’s going to stay in lane, I made sure I get out quickly (OK, so my bike’s not really THAT fast.) Tools I used: 1) Nokia 5630 (VGA; 83g; 12mm; 4GB; Long battery life; SGD 68) 2) Self-improvised water proof casing 3) Velcro to stick on my mesh jacket (removeable) 4) Windows Movie Maker (FREE) 5) MP4Cam2AVI_v2.83 to convert .mp4 into .avi in a jiffy (FREE) Title changed to avoid misunderstanding. : )
